(More customer reviews)Very cute and perfect design for a girl.BUT it says in bold on the box" "4 months and up".My daugther is 7 months old and is NOWHERE near touching the floor with her feet.I measured from the bottom of the seat to the floor and it is 7 1/2 inches.So measure your daughter's inseam, from the bottom of her diaper to the floor, and if it is less she will not fit.I ended up returning mine.Good luck.
