(More customer reviews)I have been looking for a soother for my daughter's crib now that she has outgrown her mobile. I had a hard time finding one that would fit my son's convertable crib, and my daughter's has a thicker frame than his. I took a chance with this one and found the straps are plenty long to fit on the side rails. Like the previous reviewer said it is a little loud, and you can hear the mechanism sound but my daughter seems to love it. The big button on the bottom doesn't turn it on/off it just advances to the next song (which is different from the Fisher Price Rainforest soother my son has). The baby can turn it on with the night/ day buttons though pretty easily, but they can't turn it off without turning the switch on the top.
